Curbside built the Curbside app as a Free app. This service is provided by Curbside at no cost and is intended for use as is.

If at any point in time Curbside SOS Inc decides to make use of any personally identifiable information on file, in a manner vastly different from that which was stated when this information was initially collected, the user or users shall be promptly notified by email. - Curbside uses GPS location-related information that you allow us to receive if you turn on the Location Services device setting. Your GPS location data may be used for purposes of dispatching, routing, and business analytics. This data may be stored according to the data retention policies outlined in this document and shared with business partners for dispatching and providing service information to roadside assistance customers.
- We want to inform you that whenever you use our service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
- We collect information about the computer or mobile device you use to access the Services, including the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, mobile network information, and in limited cases what apps are installed on your mobile device.
- In the course of using the Services, you may submit photos to Curbside servers which may be stored according to the terms outlined in this document’s data retention policy. Media is shared with business partners for the purposes of roadside assistance service validation and as evidence in vehicular damage claims proceedings.
In addition, Curbside SOS Inc. may have the occasion to collect non-personal anonymous demographic information, such as age, gender, household income, political affiliation, race and religion, as well as the type of browser you are using, IP address, or type of operating system, which will assist us in providing and maintaining superior quality service.
You acknowledge and agree that communications, including phone calls or "chat" services, with Curbside or our third-party agents may be monitored, recorded and retained by Curbside . You consent to the monitoring and recording of all conversations between you and Curbside and you release us from and against any and all claims, liabilities and losses that may result from any such monitored and/or recorded conversations.
Curbside SOS Inc. may also deem it necessary, from time to time, to follow websites that our users may frequent to gleam what types of services and products may be the most popular to customers or the general public.
Why We Collect Information and For How Long
We are collecting your data for several reasons:
- To better understand your needs and provide you with the services you have requested;
- To fulfill our legitimate interest in improving our services and products;
- To send you promotional emails containing information we think you may like when we have your consent to do so;

- Integrations with service providers allowing Curbside to extract or receive real-time GPS coordinates for your driver who is using the Curbside app. The location data is collected in a form that identifies your driver's device and/or your driver's vehicle. Also allows you to look up addresses, map calls, calculate mileage and track locations of drivers, customers and jobs. We do not specifically provide data to GPS companies, but our integration includes the two-way exchange of data.
The data we collect from you will be stored for no longer than necessary. The length of time we retain said information will be determined based upon the following criteria: the length of time your personal information remains relevant; the length of time it is reasonable to keep records to demonstrate that we have fulfilled our duties and obligations; any limitation periods within which claims might be made; any retention periods prescribed by law or recommended by regulators, professional bodies or associations; the type of contract we have with you, the existence of your consent, and our legitimate interest in keeping such information as stated in this Policy.
Use of Information Collected
Curbside SOS Inc. does not now, nor will it in the future, sell, rent or lease any of its customer lists and/or names to any third parties.
Curbside SOS Inc. may collect and may make use of personal information to assist in the operation of our website and to ensure delivery of the services you need and request.
